One of the most important aspects of his training isn’t just the sales roadmaps he builds with sales representatives, but the freedom it allows users to insert their own personality into conversations. Charlie isn’t training people to be ticket sales robots, he’s training them to be themselves with the best possible sales techniques in asking open-ended questions, up-selling and asking for referrals. Just because Charlie has been a leader in the industry for so many years doesn’t mean his techniques are stagnant—on the contrary, he is always evolving and embraces new technologies and approaches.
